Monotheism and Israel Conclusion


In conclusion, one must acknowledge that Israel was an inferior nation in the sense of political and economic influence throughout the ancient Near East. Its size was inferior. Its longevity was inferior. One must also acknowledge that Israel’s social influence has been far greater than any other nation that ever existed. One should fathom at the creativity, fluidity, and stubbornness of Israel’s monotheistic doctrine, and in that fathom, acknowledge the very God that Israel worships, Yahweh.
